स्थानीय कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर 2019

विवेकानन्द केन्द्र हिमाचल विभाग  द्वारा स्थानीय कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर का आयोजन 'रामकृष्ण तपोवन', साधुपुल (जिल्ला : सोलन) में किया गया जिसकी रिपोर्टिंग 8 जून शाम 4:00 बजे रखी गई थी।  कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर का आरंभ 8 जून परिचय सत्र से हुई परिचय सत्र के पश्चात सभी शिबिरार्थी को समय सारणी लिखाने के पश्चात कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर का महत्त्व बताया गया । कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर के समय सारणी सुबह 5:30 बजे से रात की 9:00 बजे तक रही जिसमें सभी शिविर आढ़तियों ने सुबह प्रार्थना, योग सत्र, चर्चा, मंत्राभ्यास के  बाद अल्पाहार, श्रम परिहार, श्रम संस्कार, प्रथम सत्र एवं  चर्चा और उसके पश्चात गीत एवं मंत्र अभ्यास गणशः और  द्वितीय सत्र, केंद्र वर्ग, भजन संध्या और प्रेरणा से पुनरुत्थान आदि में भाग लिया।

प्रथम सत्र का विषय स्वामी विवेकानंद राष्ट्रभक्त सन्यासी रहा जो माननीय मानसजी, उत्तर प्रान्त संगठक द्वारा संबोधित किया गया। दूसरा सत्र एकनाथजी एवं कथा विवेकानंद शीला स्मारक की जो माननीय कल्पनादीदी, हिमाचल विभाग संगठक,  के द्वारा संबोधित किया गया दूसरे दिन के सत्र कार्यपद्धती जो मानस भट्टाचार्य जी के द्वारा लिया गया दूसरा सत्र अनुशासन  मानसजी जी के द्वारा लिया गया, तीसरे दिन के सत्र केंद्र प्रार्थना भाग-1 कल्पनादीदी  के द्वारा लिया गया दूसरा सत्र हमारे उत्सव माननीय प्रदीपजी, हिमाचल विभाग प्रमुख द्वारा लिया गया। चौथे दिन का सत्र केंद्र प्रार्थना भाग-2 कल्पना जी के द्वारा लिया गया अंतिम सत्र आहुति सत्र कल्पनादीदी  और  प्रदीपजी  द्वारा   लिया गया।  

सत्र के पश्चात मंथन के विषय ऋषि परंपरा, हमारी धरोहर, कार्य पद्धति को सफल कैसे करें तथा अंतिम 2 दिन सभी शिविर राशियों को एक एक पुस्तक देकर उनकी प्रस्तुति रखी गई।

मंथन के पश्चात गीत एवं मंत्र अभ्यास किया गया जिसमें केंद्र प्रार्थना भोजन मंत्र एक के मंत्र प्रातः स्मरण आदि किया गया।

नैपुण्य वर्ग - प्रथम कहानियां कैसे ली जाती है जो माननीय मानस भट्टाचार्य जी द्वारा लिया गया दूसरा नैपुण्य वर्ग - संस्कार वर्ग  एवं  तीसरा नैपुण्य वर्ग अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 21 जून, जो युवा कार्यकर्ता गोपाल जी द्वारा लिया गया अंतिम ने पुण्य वर्ग केंद्र वर्ग जो माननीय कल्पनादीदी  द्वारा मार्गदर्शित हुआ ।

केंद्र वर्ग - इसमें योगाभ्यास खेल गीत चर्चा रही इसमें मुख्य खेल रहे मार्गदर्शक, सुरंग दौड़, दुर्ग विजय, मतीरे की फाक,  थैंक यू, गरीबा युद्ध,  रस्साकशी, leader leader change change, आदि चर्चा के विषय हमारे समाज में कुरीतियां महिला सशक्तिकरण और वामपंथ।

भजन संध्या गुरु, गणेश, शिव, शक्ति, राम, कृष्ण, मिश्र आदि के भजन लिए गए। शिविर आढ़तियों द्वारा भी कुछ भजन गाए गए।

प्रेरणा से पुनरुत्थान पहले दिन एक्शन सॉन्ग मानस आचार्य द्वारा, दूसरे दिन एक्शन गोपाल द्वारा दिया गया, इसके पश्चात प्रेरणा  से पुनरुत्थान में विभिन्न खेल खेले गए। दूसरे सूची में रामायण पात्र के नाम, महापुरुष के नाम, प्रेरणा से पुनरुत्थान में  भगिनी निवेदिता की कहानियां भी इसकेपश्चात सामूहिक हनुमान चालीसा अंत में दिनचर्या अवलोकन किया गया। शिविर में कुल संख्या 20 रही। 

इस पांच दिवसीय आवासीय कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर से सभी कार्यकर्ता मन में नए उमंग और उत्साह से समाज-राष्ट्र के लिए कार्य करने हेतु प्रतिबद्ध हुए।

Bhagini Nivedita Library Reading Room Facility

Bhagini Nivedita Library have more than 3800 books starting from Vedas to latest monthly magazine like Pratiyogita Darpan, CSR, etc.

With the increasing the demands of the reading room facility for approching various competative examination, Reading Room Facility has been inaugurated on the New Year - 5120. i.e. 18th March 2018, Sunday

The Reading Room is operating now as by the youth & for the youth self-serving model. Opening at morning 8 to  evning 6 o'clock. It’s single writing chair, table-chair and Bharatiya Baithak - ground seating facility.

11th September, 1893, a Golden Day in the Indian History when “Swami Vivekananda” gave the historical speech in Chicago for “Universal Brotherhood”. This day is celebrated as “UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD DAY” all over the world. Vivekananda Kendra celebrates this day in all its branches. In Shimla, on this occasion Vivekananda Kendra is organizing “Arise! Awake!! Declamation Competition” for School Children of Shimla. The details as below.

1. “Arise! Awake!! Declamation Competition” will be in 2 groups.Group-1 : 8 to 10 Standard Group-2 : 11 & 12 Standard

2. From each Participant School, 1 + 1 (total 2) students can participate (ie one participant from one group only). There is no fee for participation. 

3. Student has to present his/her subject from respective group in 5 min in either Hindi or English without reading the paper.

विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी शाखा शिमला द्वारा 15 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के बहिन एवं भाइयो के लिए साप्ताहिक योग एवं प्राणायाम सत्र का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसमें विभिन्न प्रकार के शिथिलीकरण व्यायाम , सूर्यनमस्कार , आसान, प्राणायाम एवं बौद्धिक सत्र रहेंगे। आशा है इसके द्वारा आप अपने घर - मोहल्लों - कार्यालय में भी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस का सही रूप से सञ्चालन भी कर सकेंगे और सभी को नित्य रूप से योगाभ्यास एवं अपनी भारतीय योग-मय जीवन पद्धति से अपने जीवन - के साथ परिवार - समाज - राष्ट्र - विश्व को भी सुदृढ़ बनानेमें योगदान देंगे ।

गीता जयंती

विवेकानन्द केन्द्र, कन्याकुमारी शाखा शिमला के द्वारा गीता जयंती का कार्यक्रम १० दिसम्बर, शनिवार को अायोजीत किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य वक्ता सेवानिवृत पोस्टमास्टर जनरल, हि. प्र. श्री तेजरामजी शर्मा रहें। कार्यक्रम की शरुअात शांति पाठ से हुई। अतिथी स्वागत एवं कार्यक्रम प्रस्तावना देते हुए श्री हिम्मत सिंह, कार्यालय प्रमुख ने काहाकि हमारा राष्ट्रीय ग्रंथ भगवद गीता सिर्फ जीवन के अंतिम दिनो में सुनायेजानेवाला ग्रंथ नही हैं, परंतु यह जीवन जीने की कला सिखाता है। हमारे अंदर और बहार जो दिन-प्रतिदिन द्वंद्व चल रहा है उसमें सुचारु रुप से जीवन जीने की काला गीता सीखाती है। इस कार्यक्रम में ४० व्यक्तीयो की उपस्थिति रही। जिसमें बच्चें, महिलायें एवं पुरुष उपस्थित रहें। इस अवसर पर श्री कृष्ण और श्रीमद्भगवत् गीता का महत्व पर अाधारित एक भजन हुअा। उसके बाद श्रीमद्भगवत् गीता में से, ६१ श्लोको (पुस्तक : दैनिक जीवन में गीता) का एकत्र पठन हुअा। 

श्री तेजराम शर्मा जी ने अपने व्यक्तत्व में राष्ट्रीय ग्रंथ भगवद्गीता की महत्ता बाताते हुएे कहा की यह श्री कृष्ण-अर्जुन के बीच का संवाद है, जो उपनिषदो की कक्षा का होने के कारण, श्री अादि शंकराचार्य ने इसे उपनिषद के साथ रखा है। पूरे श्रीमद्भगवत् गीता का सार कर्म है और पूरे महाभारत का सार धर्म है। श्री शार्मा ने विषेशरुप से बाताया कि श्रीमद्भगवत् गीता का अध्ययन छोटी अायु से ही शरु कारना चाहिये। कार्यक्रम के अंत में श्री हार्दिकजी ने विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कि गतिविधियों, जैसे कि योगवर्ग, संस्कारवर्ग एवं स्वाध्याय वर्ग के बारे में जानकारी दी और मुख्य अतिथि तथा उपस्थित समुदाय का धन्यवाद किया। शांति मंत्र के साथ कार्यक्रम का समापान किया गया। कार्यक्रम के सुचारु संचालन में श्री गोपाल, प्रविण, कुलदिप, शिवम्, धरमेन्द्र एवं हीरासिंग विषेश सहयोग रहा।

विश्व बंधुत्व दिवस

दिनांक १०-९-२०१६ को विश्व बंधुत्व दिवस में विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी शाखा शिमला एवं भाषा एवं संस्कृति विभाग हिमाचल प्रदेश द्वारा  गेइटी थिएटर शिमला में कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया जिनमे निम्न विषयो पर भाषण प्रतियोगिता की गयी।

•अनुशाषित जीवन
•संस्कृत हमारी मातृभाषा
•योग जीवन पध्धति

इस प्रतियोगितामे शिमला के २५ स्कुलो के ४५ छात्रोने जूनियर एवं सिनियर वर्गों में भाग लिया।  इस प्रतियोगता के निर्णायक मडल में प्रो. ओ. पी. सारस्वत, प्रो. वी. के. मिश्रा, प्रो. के. सी. शर्मा रहे।  कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि माननीय श्री अश्विनी कुमार रहे।  कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता रामकृष्ण मिशन शिमला के स्वामी निलकंठानंदजी महाराज ने की।  कार्यक्रम में भारी संख्या में छात्रो अवं प्रबुद्ध श्रोताओ ने भाग लिया।

International Day of Yoga Celebrated

Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari Branch Shimla has celebrated International Day of Yoga to spread awareness of Yogabhyas, Regular Routine at two prime places of Shimla, Nabha Estate + Phagli area and Sector 3 of New Shimla.

To make the celebration successful, a 10days Yoga

Satra was arrange at RadhaKrishna Temple at Nabha area for the new aspirants. Celebration started at 6am at Tennis Court, with 3 aumkar & ShantiPath followed by a loosening exercises, Assan & Pranayam in line with the common protocol of the International Day of Yoga by the Ministry of Ayush. Samskar Varg Pramukh Shivam Riya & Kumari Varsha Rani helped the first timer to do practice without hesitation.  

Eminent persons like Dr. Ashwin from Department of Ayurveda of Himachal Pradesh, Nabha Corporate Shri ShashiShekharji, Phagli Corporate Shri Kalyanji, Shri KrishnaKumar Sharma (retd) AGM of State Bank of India, were partake in the Yogabhyas practice. Shri Hardikji, IT Sangathak of VRM&VK explains the basic of yoga,  and important it in our daily routine and don't limit the yogabhyas just as exercise but get higher values by our culture  and invited all to partake in daily Yoga Varga at Vivekananda Kendra at Nabha Estate. The celebration concluding with the SanthiMantra, total 41 persons participated in celebration.

At New Shimla in association with Arogya Bharati Dr. Rakesh Pandit, Vivekananda Kendra celebrated International Day of Yoga at Garden of Sector-3. Vivekananda Kendra's Karyalaya Pramukh Shri Himmat Singh guided 30 participants with Loosening, Assam and Pranayam. By getting the enthusiasm of participants from age 8 to 70, the program is extend for more 2 days to teach SuryaNamaskars. In coming months the Yoga Satra & Aumkar Dhyan Satra is going to be conduct.

With the idea of "Anandalya" Vivekananda Kendra Shimla  branch also run a Anandalya At its branch center in Yog Hall.  

Daily average 8 childeren came to Anandalya, these are mainly local children  which are came from Nabha estate and its nearby. Timing of Anandalya is 5 to 6 every Monday to Friday at Vivekananda Kendra Shimla branch. The Anandalya is taking in care of one of students of Vivek Chhatravas each day.

The main objective of Anandalya is:

• To create education supportive atmosphere in socity
• To import education through play way method and increase interest for studies among village primary school students.
• To reduce the rate of drop outs and thus improve the status of education
• To give Man Making value-based education and thus improve the quality of education
• To increase patriotic feeling among children 
• To create health awareness among children and through them among peoples 
• To work for the all round development of the children and other socity .

Swadhayaya Varga at Vivekananda Kendra Shimla

“Let not a single day pass without your learning a verse, half a verse, or a fourth of it, or even one letter of it; nor without attending to charity, study and other pious activity.” - Chanakya

Swadhyaya Varga is being held at Vivekananda Kendra Shimla Branch on every Tuesday. The timing is eveningh 6 to 7pm. The session of Swadhyaya include discussion  on "rouse and call to hindu nation" which is compilation of Swami Vivekannada's complete works.

The ideology behind that Swadhyaya Varga is :
