Yoga
Satra was organised at Subathu Cantt & Thadi Village of Solan Dist,
Himachal Pradesh in morning 5:30 to 6:50am & evening 5 to 6pm
respectively from 17th to 23rd April 2017. The seven days yoga satra was
comprise of Relaxation Technique, SuryaNamaskar, basic Assans, Pranayam
along with discussion on Yum i.e. Satya, Ahimsa, Astey, Brahmcharya and
Aparigrah in todays context along with Niyam i.e. Shauch, Santosh, Tap,
Swadhyay and Ishwar Pranidhan. Total participants in Subathu Cannt was
15 while in Thadi village total 18 persons gain the benefits.
